## MeKat is still in development

MeKat is not yet publicly available on the App Store. This website does not provide an app download or issue an app license.

This page is a pre-release information notice, not the final End-User License Agreement. We will publish the complete agreement before distributing MeKat under that license.

## The agreement being prepared

Martinez Solutions LLC has selected a custom MeKat app license, separate from the Service Terms and Privacy Policy. Its final text will identify the developer, the license rights and limits, support and warranty responsibilities, applicable platform provisions and required business contact details.

The license is still being completed. Publishing this information page does not configure an agreement in App Store Connect or announce the app’s release.

## Using this website
