Martinez Solutions LLC, based in Arizona, United States, develops MeKat. Contact us about privacy at support@martinezsolutionsaz.com.
This policy covers the MeKat information pages on martinezsolutionsaz.com and the current local development app. MeKat is not yet publicly available. Public accounts, cloud progress synchronization, live AI feedback and real purchases are not enabled in this development version. We will update these disclosures to reflect actual services before enabling those features.
When you visit this website
You can read the website without creating an account. We do not run advertising, visitor analytics, a contact form, an email signup list or an embedded AI service here. The interactive example switches between prepared text in your browser; it does not send a prompt or save your selection.
Cloudflare serves and protects these pages. Technical information processed for delivery and security can include your IP address, requested URL, browser or device details, timing and security events. Fonts and artwork used on the page are served from this website.
We do not place advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting security features may use necessary cookies when required to protect the website. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Information in the current app
The current development app stores learning state on the device so you can resume. That can include your learning preferences, selected lesson and version, written drafts, practice attempts, progress and independent permission choices. Learning data, local trial/access state and preferences use on-device settings storage, with separate guest and account namespaces. Keychain storage is reserved for sessions if connected authentication is enabled.
Lesson answers stay on the device in the current unavailable-provider configuration. Local answer checks and self-review are learning activities; they are not a live AI service. Account forms do not create a server account while the account adapter is unavailable. Optional diagnostic and analytics choices do not by themselves activate a provider.
Copy and share actions happen only when you choose them. Copying places the selected content on your clipboard. Sharing opens your device’s sharing interface; review what you are sharing and who will receive it.
When you contact us
If you email support@martinezsolutionsaz.com, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to include. We use this correspondence to answer questions, investigate problems, handle privacy requests, keep necessary business records and protect our services.
Please send only what is needed to explain the issue. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment credentials, private lesson answers or another person’s confidential information. Sending a support request does not subscribe you to marketing.
Your choices, retention and deletion
You can change local app preferences and independent optional-sharing choices in Settings. Declining optional AI processing does not require you to send a lesson answer. Withdrawal stops future optional sharing when that service is enabled; it cannot undo information already lawfully processed.
Use the app’s local reset to remove its local learning records. Resetting local data is different from deleting a server account. This development configuration has no active server account to delete. Device backups, OS-managed Keychain behavior and Apple transaction records may have separate retention controls; uninstalling an app should not be treated as proof that every copy has been removed.
We retain support and business correspondence only for as long as needed to answer the request, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, protect services or meet legal obligations. Hosting security information follows the applicable service configuration and requirements. We do not promise a fixed deletion period that has not been established.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of information, withdraw consent, object to certain processing or complain to a privacy authority. Email support@martinezsolutionsaz.com to make a request. We may ask for proportionate verification before releasing or changing information and will explain applicable retention exceptions. Do not email identity documents unless we have explained why a specific verification step is necessary.
Age 13+ and younger children
MeKat’s initial app is intended for people age 13 and older, subject to any higher minimum age or consent requirement where they live. A parent or guardian should review the service with a user who is below the legal age of adulthood.
We are not launching an under-13 account or online-feedback service. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 through MeKat. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact support@martinezsolutionsaz.com so we can investigate and take appropriate deletion or other protective action. An age statement is not a substitute for the safeguards required before offering a future children’s service.
Security, location and updates
We use safeguards proportionate to the information handled, but no service can promise absolute security. Martinez Solutions operates in the United States; our hosting and email providers may process information in other countries under their applicable arrangements. Availability of a website is not a statement that every future app service has launched in your country.
The effective date of this notice is September 8, 2026. We will publish changes here and provide any additional notice or choice required for material changes. New services must be disclosed before their information practices begin.
