About these terms
These terms are between you and Martinez Solutions LLC, Arizona, United States. They cover the MeKat website and learning service that we make available to you. The separate App License covers the software. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling.
MeKat is currently in development for iPhone. This website describes the product and offers a prepared learning example. It does not provide a public app download, create accounts, enroll a trial or take payments. Descriptions of planned features or pricing are not an offer to buy an unavailable service.
Who may use MeKat
The initial app is for people age 13 or older who meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law. If you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, your parent or guardian must review these terms and permit your use. We do not offer an under-13 account service.
Use only accounts and devices you are entitled to use. When account features become available, protect your credentials, provide accurate required information and contact support if you suspect misuse. Do not impersonate another person or transfer an account to bypass restrictions.
Learning and AI limitations
MeKat teaches practical AI skills through lessons, examples, practice and review. Educational material and any future AI feedback may contain mistakes. Check important sources and seek qualified help for medical, legal, financial, safety or other consequential decisions.
Completing a lesson records a learning activity. It does not guarantee mastery, professional certification, employment, income or the correctness of an AI output. Examples are not instructions to submit confidential information to outside services.
External AI tools have their own availability, age requirements, prices and terms. A reference to a tool does not include a subscription to it or represent its endorsement of MeKat.
Free access and optional purchases
When available, the standard app-managed free-access period is 14 days and requires a separate explicit enrollment action. An eligible creator referral may qualify for 30 days only when the app confirms eligibility. Creating an account or completing a starter lesson does not automatically enroll this access.
These no-card access periods do not automatically become a paid subscription or charge you at expiry. A paid subscription requires a separate purchase choice. Private-beta access is distinct from consumer trial access.
If subscriptions are offered, the purchase screen and Apple confirmation show the actual localized price, billing period, included access and renewal terms before purchase. A subscription renews as disclosed unless cancelled through Apple. You can manage or cancel it through your Apple subscription settings. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s process and applicable consumer law.
Deleting MeKat, resetting data or requesting account deletion does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. There is no lifetime purchase offer at launch. This website does not accept payments.
Use the service responsibly
Do not use MeKat unlawfully, interfere with its operation, evade access or usage controls, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, harass others or submit material you do not have permission to use.
You keep your rights in your own writing. You allow us to process material you deliberately send only to provide the requested service and as explained in the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your writing or grant a blanket marketing permission.
MeKat’s software, original lessons and brand materials belong to Martinez Solutions LLC or their respective licensors. You may use them for your own learning within the access provided. Do not resell the service or redistribute substantial proprietary course material without permission. Third-party and open-source rights remain governed by their own licenses.
Changes, problems and your rights
Features may change as MeKat develops. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security issue, unlawful use or a material breach of these terms. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and how to contact us. Mandatory consumer rights and any obligations attached to a paid service still apply.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free educational material. Nothing here excludes a warranty, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive a right to bring a claim or remove protections granted by the laws that apply to you.
If there is a problem, contact support@martinezsolutionsaz.com so we can try to resolve it. Material changes to these terms will be dated here and communicated when required. A change does not retroactively remove rights relating to an earlier transaction.
